How we look after your details.
Short version: we keep your name and email to tell you when bookings open, we send you studio news only if you ticked the box, and you can leave the list any time.
Who we are
All Terra Ltd, trading as All Terra Studios, Unit 19, Wootton Street, London SE1 8TG. Email hello@allterrastudios.com.
What we collect, and why
Your first name and email address, because you asked us to tell you when bookings open and to send you a welcome discount. If you tick the box, we also use them to send you studio news, tea night dates and new course dates. The legal basis is your consent.
Where it lives
The form is stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and sent to us by email. When we start writing to the list we will use an email service built for that, and we will name it here. Those are the only companies that handle your details, and only to do those jobs for us. We never sell your details and never pass them to anyone else.
How long
Until you unsubscribe, or for twelve months after the studio opens if you never book. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can write to us at any time to be removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@allterrastudios.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
