How the hat works.
Everyone on our list goes into the hat. Every Friday until Christmas a name comes out and that person gets a Taster. On New Year’s Day the last name comes out, for a place on a whole course. Here’s the rest.
Who’s in
Anyone 18 or over who lives in the UK. Nothing to buy. One name each: if you sign up twice, we keep the first.
Getting your name in
Your name goes in when you join our list at allterrastudios.com with the hat box ticked. It stays in for every Friday and for New Year’s Day. It comes out again any time you ask, by email.
The Fridays
Noon on Fridays 13, 20 and 27 November and 4, 11 and 18 December 2026. Everyone on the list by midnight the night before is in. The New Year draw is at noon on Friday 1 January 2027, for everyone on the list by midnight on Saturday 26 December 2026. A Friday winner’s name leaves the hat; everyone else’s stays in for all the Fridays and for New Year’s Day.
What you win
A Friday name wins one Taster: two hours at the wheel, clay and glaze included, and a finished piece to collect (our full Taster price is £105). The New Year name wins one place on the course of their choice, from any course of ours that starts before 31 March 2027. The Taster can be used on any date we offer by 31 March 2027; the course runs on its own dates. If our opening is late, the dates move with it. No cash alternative, and prizes can’t be sold or swapped, but you can give yours to a friend if you tell us.
How the name comes out
A random-number generator picks it and Fabio or Luciano reads it out. We email the winner the same afternoon and say hello on Instagram by first name. If we haven’t heard back within seven days we pull another name, so a glance at the junk folder on a Friday is worth it.
Your name and photo
We announce winners by first name only. When you come for your prize we’ll ask whether we can use your full name and a photo of you at the wheel on our website, Instagram and printed things. Either answer is fine, and the prize is yours whatever you say.
The small print
The promoter is All Terra Ltd, Unit 19, Wootton Street, London SE1 8TG. This draw isn’t run by, or connected to, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. If we ever have to change a date, we’ll say so here. If something goes wrong on our side, we’ll put it right with a prize of equal value. Any question, write to hello@allterrastudios.com.
